Please, will you help someone like Yasodha see again - before it’s too late?
This happy, outgoing 8-year-old is brimming with hopes and dreams.
Yasodha longs to go to school, play with her friends, and even join the police when she grows up.
But there’s something wrong. Thick, white cataracts blind her eyes, and she can barely see.
She’s scared of what this means, and suffers in silence, afraid to admit the truth – even to herself.
“I have to bend down while writing. It is difficult. At first, I didn’t tell anyone. But after my teacher asked me, I told her… I cannot see properly.”
Without urgent surgery, this little girl will go permanently blind.
Please, can you help?
Because there’s no time to lose.
You see, when a child has cataracts, there’s only a short window in which to help.
Yasodha is 8-years-old, and her brain is still developing. If she doesn’t get cataract surgery SOON – her brain will forget how to translate light into sight.
And once that happens, there’s nothing we can do.
She’ll be blind.
Forever.
Please don’t let that happen.
There’s no time to lose. Please donate NOW to help Yasodha see again.
Your kindness will mean the world to Yasodha, and her family too.
They are desperately hoping and praying that a kind person like you will reach out and restore sight to their little girl.
And so are we.
