This independent impact evaluation reviewed the work carried out by Inclusion Advisory Group’s (IAG) Australia team from 2016 to 2021.
The evaluation sought to understand if and how IAG’s work has contributed to change for people with disabilities and if their work represents good value for money. Feedback was gathered directly from IAG’s clients and partners, including INGOs, donors, UN agencies and Organisations of People with Disabilities. The evaluation found that IAG has contributed to positive lasting institutional and organisational change, change in development and humanitarian practice, and there is some evidence that this has had the intended flow on effect for people with disabilities in target communities.
Clients and partners value the IAG’s technical advice on disability inclusion, and reported increased awareness and confidence to put it into practice. IAG’s approach to advisory is impactful and tailored, and ultimately represents value for money.
